This returns policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Shires Workshop Curtains is a trading name of Acorn Products Limited.
Many of our products are manufactured or made to order to the customer's requirements. Made-to-order, bespoke or personalised products cannot normally be returned or cancelled once manufacture has begun, except where the goods are faulty or where your statutory rights otherwise apply.
For standard off-the-shelf products that have not been made to order, personalised or manufactured to a customer's specification, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned new and unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact Shires Workshop Curtains before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate return details.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an appropriate solution. Please retain the goods and any packaging until we have advised you how the matter will be handled.
Customers are responsible for goods being returned until they reach us. We therefore recommend using an appropriately insured and trackable delivery service when returning goods.
Refunds
No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns. Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an eligible product is returned, any refund due will be processed in accordance with this returns policy.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
