Terms

We undertake the manufacture of bespoke products using the measurements as provided by the purchaser. Goods are manufactured to order and as such cannot be cancelled as all items are made specifically for the purchaser and are not off the shelf. The products we produce are for commercial use and are generally all large size scales, as they are large and have to pass through machinery and be handled throughout construction, we advise the items cannot be completely flawless.

All orders require a deposit to be placed into production and the balance is payable on despatch of the goods. We will endeavour to meet all order timeframes, but as the items are hand-made and pass through various different departments during the production, we cannot give exact delivery dates until the goods have fully completed their manufacturing process. Delivery is via a courier network who handle large freight and pallet deliveries, as such they do not offer timed delivery slots or tracking facilities, they quote 8am - 5pm timeframes on their deliveries.
